Kennitalan and Subscription Services
Kennitalan is a service website of the software company Revol ehf., kt. 410223-1550, Eiðistorgi 13-15, 170 Seltjarnarnes. By using Kennitalan subscription services, you get access to information about which companies and operations are being sold, can get in direct contact with sellers, use filters and make detailed analyses of what suits you, register to receive notifications if companies you want to buy come up for sale, and get access to detailed information that is not available to unregistered users. Kennitalan reserves the right to unilaterally determine the services offered at Kennitalan at any time and to add or reduce them if necessary.
The user pays in advance a monthly subscription fee for Kennitalan services according to Kennitalan's price list, which can be viewed on the Kennitalan website, www.kennitalan.is/pricing. The subscription takes effect as soon as access is established and the first payment has been made. The subscription fee is charged from the payment card monthly and the subscription period is automatically renewed, unless you have previously canceled the subscription in accordance with these terms. On the payment card statement, it appears that the seller is Revol ehf. Card transactions go through the secure payment pages of Straum and Áskell.
Kennitalan reserves the right to change the price list with notice to the user at the provided email address or phone number.
All notifications to Kennitalan and inquiries regarding these terms should be sent to kennitalan@kennitalan.is.
